The first rubber factory project is located in IRA, Dabou province, with 2 production lines and an annual production capacity of 70,000 tons. It was successfully put into operation in 2019. The first factory covers an area of 13.7 hectares and can accommodate 150,000 tons of raw material cup glue. All production lines adopt waterline processing technology and have advanced domestic processing machinery and team management.
The rubber factory 2 project was launched in January 2021 in the Duekoue province of Côte d'Ivoire, covering an area of approximately 27.7 hectares. The main factory covers an area of 37,000 square meters and is equipped with two production lines. The raw material storage site covers an area of 15 hectares and can accommodate 250,000 tons of raw materials. The annual production capacity is 130,000 tons, and the single factory production capacity ranks among the top in the world.
The rubber factory 3 project was launched in August 2023 in San Pedro province, Côte d'Ivoire, covering an area of approximately 17 hectares. The main factory covers an area of 37,000 square meters and is equipped with two production lines. It can accommodate 150,000 tons of raw materials and has an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons.
The rubber factory 4 is located in the city of Guitry, Côte d'Ivoire, covering an area of approximately 21.8 hectares. The main factory covers an area of 27,000 square meters and is equipped with two production lines. The raw material storage site covers an area of 8 hectares and can accommodate 150,000 tons of raw materials. The annual production capacity is 40,000 tons.
