  • RUBBER

    Mainland Group currently has two rubber processing plants in operation, and two rubber plants under construction are expected to be fully operational from April to August 2024. After all the plants are fully operational, the total designed production capacity of the rubber processing plant will be 400,000 tons per year, and the total land area will be 80.2 hectares. Rubber plants three and four are still in the planning and construction phase.

  • COCOA

    Accounting for more than 40 per cent of global cocoa production, Côte d'Ivoire supplies cocoa beans to international chocolate companies such as Nestle and Cadbury. Two thirds of Côte d'Ivoire trade revenue come from cocoa production, and the International Cocoa Organization estimates that Côte d'Ivoire will produce 2.5 million tons of cocoa by 2023. The Group plans to invest in 100,000 tons a year chocolate plant, which is expected to be located in the port of San Pedro, with an estimated total investment of $150 million and an annual output value of $200 million to $300 million.

  • CASHEW

    In 2022, Côte d'Ivoire's total cashew production was 1.02 million tons, while the processing volume was only 220,000 tons, which is a serious lack of processing capacity. At present, the main export is of unprocessed cashew, which is economically inefficient and hardly creates jobs. Mainland Group plans to invest in a 200,000 tons per annum cashew processing plant in 2024 in the city of Yamoussoukro, the capital of Côte d'Ivoire, with an estimated total investment of $120 million, which could reach an annual production value of $200-300 million.
